How and when will my Halo helmet be delivered?
UK
- £5.00 per single Halo helmet
- Free shipping for 2 or more Halo helmets
- Delivery is 2-4 working days
Ireland and EU
- Shipping is calculated on checkout
- Delivery is 5-7 working days
Rest of the World
- Shipping is calculated at checkout
- Delivery is 5-7 working days
Delivery rules:
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding national holidays in the UK
Orders after 4PM are classed as the next business day
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt
We cannot deliver to PO boxes
You will receive notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
Personalised products:
To personalise a product, for example by adding a name, number, badge or logo, it takes 1-2 days. So if you add a personalised item to your helmet, please expect your full order to take 1-2 days longer than the delivery times advertised. During the launch of new rugby helmets, it could happen that due to popularity delivery times temporarily increase to 2-4 days.
Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of order
Refunds include initial delivery charge, up to the cheapest delivery cost available for your country
If you change your mind you must pay the cost of return postage
Return postage is free of charge where:
- The product is faulty or misdescribed
- A change to the product or terms
- Delay in delivery due to events outside of our control
You may lose the right to refund if the product has been used and is not fit for resale
If you wish to return the product please return the product along with your order number and address details
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you
